Historic Pub Landlord & Cotswold Village Experience

Immerse yourself in a 16th Century Inn at the heart of a historic and quintessentially English village, visited by Queen Elizabeth I in 1575. Whilst each experience is bespoke, typically it encompasses:
- arrival at 11:00 followed by welcome tea/coffee and an outline of the day by the village host
- history of real ale, brewing processes and local breweries

- demonstration and importance of the correct way to pour a pint of real ale
- hands-on opportunity to pull a pint of real ale, with fabulous photo opportunity
- taste a cross-section of real ales to understand the differences
- set off on an expertly-guided tour through the village’s charming lanes. Learn about the visit of Queen Elizabeth I, discover Cotswolds stone and black & white thatched cottages, soak up stories of centuries past, and admire the 11th-century stone church that stands at the heart of the community.
